Occupational Skill Course: Youth Leadership

Course Overview:

This course is designed in partnership with the Apostolic Faith Mission of SA- National Youth Department to equip Youth leaders in South Africa with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual grounding to lead effectively in their local churches and communities. Through biblical teachings, spiritual guidance, coaching, mentoring, and practical ministry training, participants will gain the confidence and capability to inspire, guide, and win souls for Christ. The course includes essential training on Emotional Quotient (EQ), Adversity Quotient (AQ), Social Quotient (SQ), and specific church leadership practices.

Learning Outcomes:
  • Understand and apply biblical principles in leadership.
  • Develop strong spiritual foundations and effective evangelism skills.
  • Learn about Emotional, Adversity, and Social Quotients for effective leadership.
  • Acquire coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on youth ministry.
  • Learn essential leadership qualities, conflict management, and succession planning.
  • Engage in practical church leadership projects and activities.
  • Lead youth service programs and Bible studies effectively.
  • Implement fundraising and mobilisation strategies in the local church.
