This training included students from various backgrounds, including enthusiastic learners from OosRand School of Specialization and the Reiger Park community, all of whom now carry the skills and credentials to enter the hospitality and coffee industry with confidence.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Marketplace Academy for their vision and commitment to youth empowerment, as well as to our dedicated trainer for delivering high-quality, hands-on instruction. We also express our deep appreciation to all our partner institutions, educators, and support teams who contributed to making this programme a success.
Most importantly, we celebrate the learners young men and women who seized this opportunity and are now qualified baristas, ready to add value to local cafés, restaurants, and their communities.
This initiative has not only imparted a practical and employable skill, but has also brought hope, purpose, and direction to the lives of these young individuals. It has inspired educators and reinforced the importance of vocational training in building a brighter, more sustainable future.
